Pre-Order Policy and Information
Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering from our small business! Below we hope to answer any questions you might have regarding the pre-order process.
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer. These are only an estimation by the manufacturer and do often times change.
How long will it take to arrive?
Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number.
Will each item on my order ship separately as they arrive?
(Beginning 6/17/2024 we have adopted a new flat-rate shipping policy and all items will ship as they arrive) For orders before 6/17/2024 all orders with pre-orders will not ship until all of the order is available.
When will you charge me for my item?
To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.
Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?
Sure, please be aware we place our orders based on these pre-orders. This being said. If you cancel a pre-order multiple times we will revoke your ability to pre-order.
Another store received the item I Pre-Ordered already. Why hasn’t mine shipped out yet?
Each retailer receives items at different time frames from the manufacturer. Ordering from us is no guarantee you will receive an item first. Ordering us assures you will receive these limited releases and save you from the stress of searching for stores or paying exorbitant prices after release. The time we receive a product can vary from up to 4 weeks or more from other retailers. Please be rest assured that if you placed your order, we will ship your item as soon as we receive our shipment. Please be sure to sign up for our email newsletter where we continuously update you on shipping updates and changes to estimated ship dates.
My Pre-Order delivery date has moved out to another month. What’s going on?
Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. Due to stresses on the manufacturing side from the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays, and supply chain issues, release dates have varied constantly. We will update each item’s description, send out email alerts, and update our newsletter with new information as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.
